Since it’s Thanksgiving, it seems apropos to share with everyone out there what we’re thankful for. While lives and business can be a challenge and a lot of work sometimes, our instructor team has a few people in our lives we’d like to give a shout out to the people we’re thankful for.

Firstly, we’d like to say a big fat thanks to all of our students and those who believe in us and our work. Without you, we wouldn’t be where we are.

A big thanks goes out to Dianna from Pure Pro and to Allissa and Michael from Massage Business Blueprint!

And now, personal thanks from our instructors:

Julie: 

I’m thankful for my family, my husband, and son serving our country to protect our freedoms, my work family (in Durham, NC) and my ashi sisters!

Sara: 

I’m thankful for my never-ending support of my family and my staff. They believe in me and my grand dreams of disrupting and changing the landscape of what is traditionally known as therapeutic massage.

They see my drive and ambition and cheer me on. They know that this work I’m doing in each client, staff, and partner in my business. I’m thankful for my family that gives me new inspiration and a break from “my work.”

Jeni

I love this guy with me below, Joel. He puts up with me, Lily and Fred (that adorable pup). I am thankful for having found the world of paddle board racing, which has helped me realize that I am good at more than body surfing. I’m also thankful for my Sasquatches, and of course, our amazing FasciAshi team who is creating such a bright future with so much growth for barefoot massage.

Dawn 

I’m  thankful for the dude who stands by me and my madness, for my spawn that allows me to love, support and disagree with him and for all of my tribe. They know who they are?

Mary-Claire

Really, it’s hard to put into words all that I am thankful for. I couldn’t do all that I do with our business without the amazing support of Paul, who does all the back end of the website and all that accounting junk, and he keeps my massage sheets clean and folded beautifully.

For our son, Zachary, who’s 5.5 years into his Air Force service, and for all military men and women who sacrifice a lot for us all. I’m grateful for our children Naomi, Mariana, Elijah, Ava, Thérèse, Dominic, and Blaise, who always support me and are happy to eat pizza anytime I’m not home to cook.

I’m grateful for our friends Vinnie and Nereida, who lift us up in times of need, and for the big guy upstairs. And for my parents, who always believed in me.

And I’m crazy grateful to our barefoot team and finally, for the incredible hard work, vision, and friendship of our biz partner Jeni.
