1 – STRENGTH – Banded Hollow Holds! Accumulate to 1 minute! Create tension w the band, then lay on the band. Go into a hollow hold to keep the band from losing tension.

2 – STRENGTH – Wall Facing Therapeutic Squats! Slow set of 10. Big toes in line w ASIS, arms extended long up the wall, pinkie on wall, eyes gazing up ( not head), drive through heels, keep big toes planted, knees drive outward, glow squat Dow and up, only go to your allowable depth.
